Your satisfaction with your fragrance is the foundation of our business. If you are not entirely happy, we have designed this policy to be straightforward, transparent, and completely fair.

30-Day Return Window
You may return most products purchased from lattaffa-usa.it.com within 30 calendar days from the date the carrier’s tracking marks the package as “Delivered.” The thirty-day window gives you enough time to evaluate the fragrance in the comfort of your home, provided the factory seals remain intact.

What Qualifies for a Standard Return
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, undamaged packaging with all wrappings, cellophane, and seals untouched.
  • Accompanied by all tags, inserts, and sample vials originally included.

For health and hygiene protection, we strictly cannot accept returns on perfume, eau de parfum, or any scented product where the protective cellophane or safety seal has been broken, the box has been opened, or the bottle has been sprayed. This is non-negotiable and complies with industry safety standards. If you are unsure about a scent, we encourage you to research or contact us for notes breakdown before opening.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or completely different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@lattaffa-usa.it.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage

Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either ship a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges (though shipping was free, this ensures no deduction). We will never charge you for returning an item that arrived in unacceptable condition.

The Returns Process
Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Contact us at info@lattaffa-usa.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label. You can print the label and attach it to the outside of a secure shipping box. Please do not place labels directly on the product box; use an outer carton.
  3. Drop the package at the appropriate carrier’s location or schedule a pickup.
  4. All returns must be shipped back to our facility at: 221 Chatham Pl, Lansdale, PA 19446, United States. Please do not send returns to any other address, as this will delay processing.

No Restocking Fees & No Return Shipping Costs
We believe restocking fees are unfair. We charge zero restocking or handling fees on any eligible return. Similarly, for all U.S. returns that follow our procedure, we cover the return postage entirely; you will not be asked to pay for the label.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an unopened fragrance for a different one, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This allows us to ship your new selection immediately without waiting for the return to arrive.

Refund Timing & Method
Once your return package is delivered to our warehouse, it enters our inspection queue. We aim to inspect and approve returns within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification the moment your refund is initiated.

After approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: The credit will appear in 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically reflected in your PayPal balance within 1–2 business days after our initiation, but bank transfers from PayPal may take extra time.

We refund the full product price plus any sales tax collected. Because original shipping is free, there is no shipping cost to deduct. Please be patient with your bank’s timeline; if 10 business days have passed and the refund isn’t visible, contact us and we will provide a refund transaction ID.
